Refund policy

1. Overview

At Sleep&Strive, we stand behind everything we sell. This policy explains how refunds work for our digital products, how to request one, and what to expect once your request is submitted.

 

Our payment gateway is PayPal. This affects certain aspects of refund processing, including timelines and how funds are returned to you, which we explain in detail in Section 4.

 

2. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

All digital products sold by Sleep&Strive are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

 

The guarantee in plain English:

Give the product a genuine try for 30 days. If it does not work for you — for any reason — email us at team@sleepandstrive.com and we will refund you in full. No questions, no hoops, no hard feelings.

 

The 30-day window begins on the date of your purchase. Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date will not be eligible under this guarantee, except where required by applicable law.

 

Because our products are delivered digitally, there is nothing to return. We do not require you to delete or destroy your copy of the product as a condition of receiving a refund.

 

3. Eligibility

3.1 Eligible for a Refund

       Any digital product purchased from www.sleepandstrive.com within the last 30 days.

       Purchases where you are unsatisfied for any reason within the guarantee window.

       Accidental or duplicate purchases — please contact us as soon as possible.

3.2 Not Eligible for a Refund

       Requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date (unless required by law).

       Purchases made through a third-party platform or marketplace not operated by Sleep&Strive. In those cases, the refund policy of that platform applies.

       Fraudulent or abusive refund requests (e.g., a pattern of purchasing and immediately refunding).

 

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

 

1.     Email us at team@sleepandstrive.com with the subject line: "Refund Request."

2.     Include your full name and the email address used at checkout.

3.     Include your PayPal transaction ID or order number if you have it (this helps us process your refund faster, but is not required).

4.     We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.

 

You do not need to explain why you are requesting a refund. If you would like to share feedback, we welcome it, but it is entirely optional.

 

5. Refund Processing & PayPal Timelines

All refunds are processed through PayPal, our payment gateway. Once we approve your refund request, we will initiate the refund directly through PayPal. From that point, the timeline for funds to reach you depends on how you originally paid and PayPal's own processing times.

5.1 How Refunds Are Returned

PayPal refunds to the original payment source used at checkout:

       PayPal balance payment — refunded directly to your PayPal balance. This is typically the fastest method.

       Credit or debit card — refunded to the card on file with PayPal. Your card issuer controls the final posting date, which can take 5-10 business days after PayPal releases the funds.

       Bank account (ACH/direct debit) — refunded to the linked bank account. This can take up to 5 business days after PayPal processes the refund.

       PayPal Pay Later / Buy Now Pay Later — if you used a PayPal financing option, the refund is applied to your outstanding balance. Contact PayPal directly if you have questions about how this affects your payment plan.

 

5.2 Known PayPal Limitations

Please be aware of the following PayPal-specific considerations:

If your original payment was funded by a credit card through PayPal, we cannot redirect the refund to a different card or method — PayPal always refunds to the original source. If the card used has since expired or been cancelled, contact PayPal support directly as they may be able to assist. In rare cases, PayPal may place a temporary hold on refund transactions during routine fraud reviews, which can extend timelines beyond what is listed above. This is outside our control.

 

5.3 Currency

If your purchase was made in a currency other than USD, PayPal may apply a currency conversion when processing the refund. The refunded amount in your local currency may differ slightly from the original charge due to exchange rate fluctuations. Sleep&Strive is not responsible for any currency conversion differences applied by PayPal or your financial institution.

 

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at team@sleepandstrive.com before initiating a chargeback or PayPal dispute. In most cases, we can resolve the issue faster than the formal dispute process, and without the complications that chargebacks can cause for both parties.

 

If a chargeback or PayPal buyer dispute is opened against a transaction that is already eligible for a refund under this policy, we will cooperate fully with the resolution process. However, please be aware that chargebacks can take 30-75 days to resolve through PayPal or your card issuer, compared to the 2-7 business day turnaround we offer directly.

 

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
